no reason to remove it, yobit has been around for years i'm sure coinmarketcap knew what they have been up to long time ago. yobit however still helps make the market flow. same thing with the coin BSV i guess, the coin may not be supported by huge exchanges but they are still on some exchanges where volume is going stronger. they can't just delist them.
While I don't have any sympathy for YoShit at all, I think you are right here. It isn't possible for Coinmarketcap to delist exchanges if they don't like it, they have to list all known exchanges because Coinmarketcap needs to be neutral even if YoShit as exchange isn't a good choice:
