The bearish market really affected ICO and most of them failed in the fourth quarter of 2018. Its actually a disappointment to see coin at 50% below ICO price but as an ICO investor, ICO is all about risk and one have to work with whatever the result maybe.
not only 50%, many ICO tokens are finished with their sales and cannot survive in the market. this condition is indeed a bad experience for ICO investors. but it is an option where I think ICO is still running and I also think the IEO is a good alternative.
