I know people are going to scream "Go to the big exchanges", "go to binance". Well, if you go by that, you're most likely going to miss out on a lot of amazing stuff out there.
In my opinion, check all exchanges hosting IEOs, do your own research on whatever project you come across so you can make informed decisions rather than relying on hype.
