What I believe is that no matter the exchange you're making use of there is equal chances for everyone to make money from the website and there is nothing like binance being the one that makes you the most money. There are risks in every exchanges and no matter the leverage, it doesn't change the fact that only a few people makes money from trading while the rest are just losers who keeps on losing all the time they try to trade and their money goes out to the winners and exchanges.
