It seems that you have no idea how to make ICO if you're asking for such generic and not detailed questions. So, I suggest to don't even try it, there was more than enough shitty ICO's. I suppose that your main intention just to get easy money from investors without doing almost anything.
why do you think it's obligatory for new ICO to be "shitty"? OP did not say anything about his business model, they asked how to go out on the market using ICO.
I'm just sceptical when I see word "ICO". I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but I got impression that OP just want to get easy money from investors without making working product. If he would be serious with their ICO, I'm sure that OP would ask for more specific questions.
