Technical indicators help to understand the major move both upwards or downward and that's all. In cryptocurrency market they play very limited role since the nature of this market is totally different and this is other kind of beast. Stellar has reached at very good price now if we take out peak times and look at early 2017 prices even then too people are in profit. There is nothing going to change in short term until next bull run starts. There will be small rallies or sideways in all markets by then. You should be ready to hold for few good months.
Technical indicators are very easily to be manipulated in crypto, especially for altcoins which have much lower volume than bitcoin. Even Bitcoin's technical indicators can be manipulated. Therefore, I don't believe too much in technical analysis, instead I usually focus more on the trend, and past price movements as well as repeated patterns occur in the past of coins I have interests in. That's usually all things I do, and I rarely use too complicated technical analysis. Stellar, yes the coin is good to invest, for now.
