I can directly send merits to those who are deserving to receive merits. Newbie have their chances to earn at least one merit since it is one of his campaign and being a merit source sa board natin. Malaking bagay na Ito sa kanila at para rin sa lahat. We need to prove something sa ibang local board or sa ibang tao na we are improving the quality of our post not for the seek to gain merit but to add contribution sa forum.
