Yes, I totally agree with you. The large growths of BTC are closely linked to the halving event, and the halving event of the LTC is nearing, so I think LTC's $ 200 goal is fully achievable this year.
IMO $200/ LTC will be only achievable if BTC goes above 11k in the near future without which LTC should sit at around $130-180 post halving.
If BTC passes 11k I think not only LTC but all altcoin will increase very strongly. And the period when the market grew again returned to more investors than ever before
