It is not very practical for anybody with this offer honestly. No one would sell for exchange rates if you are in India, because the BTC/INR is mutualy inclusive with INR/USD Pair, thats why the big difference in price.
Face to face deal = cash, I guess.. or through escrow = who is there from India who is a trustable escrow ??. Even benson who was past mod ranaway with funds.
