Honestly the altcoin market is just full of these false promises of big thing and big changes just to get people to invest in them, and all in all they are just a big scam trying to make profit from people who are blinded by greed and does not have a real experience in this market, back in 2017 when this trend of small coins that you can make a lot of profit from them blinded a lot of people which lead to the market being flooded with coins that are scams, and by now people should know better than to follow some false promises.
Alt coin is a dangerous market and the developers could used any tricks to make their coins to rise, and its the investors job to do thorough research to see the news are true or not, some people make investment because of greed, sometimes they know it's not a goiod investment but because being promised by tons of reward and bonus they still invest
That use to be the style but I doubt if that style is working on any existing investors now, I do not see myself falling for these archaic method of luring investor to put in their money just by creating a news that is not true expecting it to create FOMO buy.
After the last Bitcoin deep market and after most ICO started scamming with so many of these type of news that were created to lure investors then, it will take more that this type of news for any investor now to just put in money without researching. The only people I feel will fall for it are just newbies which I believe they may not be a victim too if they carefully make research too before investing their money.
