Where did you get the information? It will be good if you put here in order to many people give an assessment againt it. As far as I know the team will give an announchment that they will lounch a new project for its coin. However, that thing can be used as speculation for investors and usually they will have a self-assessment of the plan. I'll not give an assessment to this information because I haven't found an information about it, hopefully I can find it.
