This is utter bullshit, or op is trying to sell a known scam method. Generating bitcoins is called mining and it takes a lot of hashpower, one cannot simply produce bitcoin from thin air.

These kind of sites existed from long time where we have to send some bitcoin to the owner(s) of the site for verification.
