Exchange listing for now project is not a problem. The main problem is how zealous the project manager and the team member are? Also, most time the project may have been successful and reached the hard cap but the team member may not approach any exchange for listing. In most cases people or trader waiting for it to come on exchange will lose interest and the project will get bad. Listing on exchange is ease depends on how zealous they do it.
