General Director of Russia's Eastern Investment and Export Promotion Agency, Leonid Petukhov, asked for the discourse to form a special business center on Ussuriysky's Bolshoy Island.
"We want to make a big financial center there. Most likely we will use the currency and forest product stock exchanges, all of which are crypto based," Petukhov said, asked by the Russian News Agency.
Don't get what they are trying to say from their statement,they think crypto currency as an exchange of products?
Or they are going to buy products with crypto currencies,if yes what cryptos will be used?
