Honestly we have failed to responsibly moderate this campaign and the result has been endless spam.
I just talked to the Stake team yesterday about shuttering the signature campaign. They will first begin today by removing all the low value posters, in a weeks time if there is not a drastic improvement I will see that the campaign is terminated.

Thumbs up for acknowledging that there are indeed problems and not trying to point finger at others.
They also increased the minimum character count from 20 to 25, presumably to help cut down on spam. 
The should really drop this, and not just them, any campaign. This text is spammy.
