They may not respond though, so it may be good to narrow down your issue it the PM fails, and see if we can help you out here. In addition, make sure it is not a Moderator related issue. If it is, then it is better to contact the Moderator on the board you are having problems with. Often problems can be addresses by the community if you detail them further (unless they are of a personal nature in some way).
