Being on a large exchange doesn't say anything about the development of a project.
I'm sure Universa will be on a large exchange but their priority right now is the tech, development, getting real life customers.
For getting clients and popularity among investors they should be listed on top exchanges. Who will need them if they listed to few s,mall unknown exchanges?
