Sooner or later big exchanges will list Universa. They also need a balance between real projects like Universa is and just coin trading. They need time to check and make a decision. That's why I think it is not a good idea to try to pay for the listing. I respect the team for the decision in this field.
Exchanges need just coin trading. The more trading the better, intrinstic value is for exchanges really unimportant.
Some big exchanges are interested in their image, so they need good projects not only for trading but also to say "Look we have them". I believe Universa will be chosen.
