Paxful still works fine for me. I've never submitted KYC on Paxful or LBC (which I've never been fond of in the first place) and things still work fine for me at the moment. Fees really aren't that bad IMO, though I don't make a large amount of trades on Paxful and I still purchase most of my coins from exchanges that I have done KYC on. AFAIK cash trading still exists on Paxful, but I've never tried using it on the site before.
re cash trading on paxful: there's 10 active listings across the USA if you want to buy. there's 7 active listings across the USA if you want to sell. i'd have to drive 8 hours to meet the closest buyer and i'd have to pay a 6% premium for the privilege!
cash trading is dead.....
