He contacted me to give him a design to a whitepaper he claimed that he wrote, and I delivered the work in time but he didn't pay me and it's been 20 days, I can give more proofs of the deal, I have everything but I guess there is good proofs already in the post.

It's clear that he keeps getting back with alt accounts for multiple scams, I hope someone can tag all his accounts and I'll do my best to spot his future alts.
