Did you try it and know it works? Can you touch the heatsink for 10 seconds without burning fingers?
I'm guessing you will have to drop the clock/voltage a bit. How low did you go and what was the final GH?
The noise blockers are not as good CFM as the one I'm going to try, 3x Arctic F9 (9 blades) 43CFM.
So if yours work I have hope.

I would have gone for the Arctic F9 as well, but he already told me that the blockers are working quiet well
So i will wait what the outcome is on this
In the meantime, i started my second board with a little noise test
