Very trader has a favorite feature. Mine is customer support. Most exchanges dont have a good customer support. It could take a long time to rectify small issues. Hope, BCNEX would have a good customer support.
I know one of the unique features that bcnex plans to implement is is an excellent customer support service which I know would be very useful for the project. It's true most global exchange have difficulty managing their customers requests, this is clearly because of the large customer base they have. I do hope that bcnex would be different and find a way to manage their customers requests excellently.
i agree with your statement i too believe good customer support is useful and needed now a days not providing adequate support to the customer can become a barrier to success of that participation project but i am hoping that bcnex will provide a good customer service via building good relationships with the people.
