Troll abuses self-moderated topics in Russian local

In Russian section there is a troll korner that constantly creates self-moderated threads, in which he systematically deletes all posts after a while. Such behavior is totally destroying the discussion.

On this week user 'korner' erased all comments in his several self-moderated topics and now they're not available:
