I totally disagree with you about quoting the op's post to display images in their post which you stated that you will unintentionally supports OP's thread by helping displaying images as not a good example to do or considered as bad. Why did I disagree with you? The reason is that you'll be able to help every forum users to see the images by quoting the post that has images that the op wants to display and will help them to determine if the OP is a scammer or not by looking at the image you can see in the quote and the explanation about it if you have proven that it's a scam and will also serve as a warning to everyone who will open the thread to see the discussion in the thread where you quote the images and explanation that it can't be trusted. So, quoting a post to display images if the author's rank is newbie is not always bad to do in my own opinion.

This is the advantages and disadvantages of quoting Images from a Newbies' Post or Thread in my opinion.
Advantages:
1.) You will be able to help everyone to see the images provided by the OP by quoting the post and will save them some time clicking the image link before they can view/see the images in the op's thread.
2.) It can help everyone to know and see that the OP is a scammer or planning a ponzi scheme.
3.) It will help a forum user to take a peek about the information of the site like their games and more if it's a gambling sites and etc.

Disadvantages:
1.) You'll unintentionally help or support the OP's thread by displaying the Images that the op wanted to display.
2.) You will possibly get red tag or getting negative trust by promoting or helping a scammer to scam more victims. (This happens when you quote a scammers thread by helping the op to display images without you explaining why you quote.)
3.) Your reputation in the forum will be ruined.

If you are planning to quote a newbie's post that has images provided then you must include a "NOTICE" or a "TAKE NOTE" when you quote the post. Example notice below:
NOTICE: I am not involved with the site's owner and the OP of this thread as I quoted to help everyone see the images provided by the OP if it's a scam or not.
