I really disagree if someone says that all ICOs are scams. In fact, we cannot say that all ICOs are scam. For example, Bcnex, ICO, they have a very good journey. Therefore I do not agree if all ico scam. Because there are still good ICO like Bcnex.
no all ICO's bad now.we still have several good ICO projects, and maybe BCNEX be one of them.people just generalize this case and thinking all projects SCAM.we have to more observation before we take take conclusion about it.
generalizing each case in ICO will not help us to attach new opportunity.i am still believed in ICO we still could earn money.but it depend to our self , will we doing extra effort to find this.i am not sure we will find it if we didn't spend much time to obersve.
