Hey are doing very great in the market, at list they still belong to the rank of top 20 altcoins, the only thing I see with NEO is that they are not utilizing their technology to the full capacity, NEO is actually a coin that would have been able to compete with Ethereum, but their team is quite weak and not properly pushy, they need to be pushy, otherwise Binance chain will really block them completely.

It is not that Binance is still the best exchange or the best competing with Ethereum chain now, but because they have that business drive and are quite pushy, that is why they are gaining more relevance and it seems as I their chain is the best next to Ethereum.
