and my 2fa loss problem was solved by Ethan after more than 48 hours emailing
support@yolidice.comPerhaps this problem should be better overcome if Ethan has more partners to solve for the user.
Assuming that the worst case scenario happened with Ethan, maybe the players would suffer huge damage.
Support is always an issue with a growing site,,, you can hire many people but if only a few people have issues then it is a wasted resource,,, I think this is a bit of an unusual case and you were probably unlucky. Then again,,, I have to wait for over 24 hours for Twitter or FB to return to me in support,,, only for extra questions instead of solution:)
