How a content author gets his fee. All commissions are first credited to the platform account, and then distributed among the authors depending on the rating and the number of subscribers?
There is a commission that is charged to the platform. These are mainly funds from transactions. Authors do not receive fees depending on the number of subscribers. The author directly offers its subscribers and other users to pay for access to articles. This is how his earnings are formed.
But then how to understand from what level the user can already offer paid content? If this is not indicated anywhere, but the developers said that the rating is important.
I think the point here is that only experts can publish paid articles. You can become an expert directly by contacting the moderators and offering collaboration. But this is a good offer for experienced users and analysts. Ordinary users go through the stage of increasing the rating and there even the status is given. First you are a beginner, then an amateur and then you can grow to an expert. Rating depends on the number of publications.
