No one can remove prohibited goods from the market.

Prohibited products may be removed from the list, but they will still remain in the international file system and the seller will be able to sell prohibited goods.

Why do you think so? No one will see the presence of prohibited goods in the marketplace except for those who are looking for prohibited goods on other resources.
