Do you really think Satoshi Nakamoto would make such obvious mistakes to not use Tor or VPNs? Did you check how long he used that IP address ? If I wanted to throw people off my scent, I would "remote" to a hacked computer in another country and then do all my work from there.

Satoshi Nakamoto was not your typical script kiddie, he was very smart and he has managed to evade capture for more than 10 years now, so what makes you think that he/she or they would drop the ball like that?
