     Venezuela haven't beaten Brazil in over a decade now, having done so in a friendly in 2008. Brazil have four wins, including three in a row ahead of this match, and two draws since that defeat.
Venezuela have vastly improved, with a group of young players coming through that are showing real promise, but this match up looks a step too far for them. Brazil are at home, and they are the favorites, even without Neymar in the side. With that said, the home crowd were less than supportive in their 3-0 victory over Bolivia, so if they don't get a lead before too long, Venezuela could really get a foothold in the game and frustrate.
