I am not sure if I am reading wrong or if you really meant to be rude but that was not a nice comment from you to someone that was doing exactly what your topic in this forum wanted people to do, test your site. I am also not sure if you are the site owner as you say "we" and "our" but in case you are I strongly believe it would suit better for you to use a proper way to talk to a possible new customer of yours, doesn't matter if he/she was right or not at your eyes, you always have to keep in mind that if you want to succeed in your business, "the customer is always right" (specially when they are not being rude or so, like was the case here)
