The contract seems correct, in my ETH wallet I have this for SNTR: 0x2859021ee7f2cb10162e67f33af2d22764b31aff and the first one you posted is the same, just different letters in CAPS. The swap is optional for whoever want to switch SNTR to the DAG platform CiL, they swapped 10 billions on Sunday and they're going to swap another 5 billions in the next days.
Even if you don't swap SNTR token will still be used for the Notary Service. The best thing to do anyway is to join their telegram room and ask to admins in there, they also published 2 videos explaining CiL.
