An ALT of this guy:   http://archive.fo/Cditz with some scam accusations.  Same ICQ.  He deleted the ICQ in other thread but there are a couple quotes with his ICQ in the linked thread posts #14 & 15.

Also both users coincidentally "recently woke up from a long period of inactivity."  Also has a lot of "questionable trust" on his own account trust including an unanswered scam accusation.  I am guessing this is a "bought" (or hacked) account in any case beware,
