It's impossible to get the $5 xrp when your kyc is still pending. You need to complete your kyc and get it verified before you can complete that stage. I'll advise you leave the airdrop for now and wait for your kyc to be approved before trying again
yeah u are right ..I confirmed with one of the admin of bcnex he said kyc process is going to take 72 hours .i hope my kyc will get approved.

No. Thats not how it works. You have to complete each step, and the first one would be the KYC.
I think we will not receive XRP even if we complete all steps but KYC is not done or approved. They clearly mentioned that KYC is mandatory for bounties as well.
That's true. Kyc is mandatory for bounty, this is because the reward from bounty would be deposited into the Bcnex website and one cannot use the platform without completing the kyc. Its best to regularise your kyc before attempting the bounty to avoid working for nothing.
