I think you are a little bit so close to being correct completely, but not perfectly. There are actually good sites but the attitude of most of the players that comes on their site will always hinder them from being successful in the game. I got to know about this during the few times I have played.
If we can really learn to reduce greed, I am sure that the rate of loses would be reduced because the number one cause of failure in gambling is tied to greed on the path of players and when they lose, they start attributing it to sites not being fair to them.
