Technical analysis alone is not really going to help you, sometimes you need to focus on your instincts, cause it might tell you the right thing at times. And apart from that, you also need to know how to manage your risks, cause if you don't you're as good as a loser and you're not going to achieve anything. Technical analysis are not always accurate and if you follow them, sometimes you're going to lose. But if you know how to manage your risk, you will be able to reduce the losses that can occur.
