I think it's not scam because I used it before and my deposit and withdrawal is alright maybe the system is slow to transact many wallets they need more improvement about that.
Its's not a scam exchange. OP has cleared if he already got his withdrawal since months ago from livecoin.especially after they stole all my funds it's not a scum, lol 
If your funds got stolen by them, please provide all proofs and post in scam accusation
