I do agree with you. Kuzma is one of my favorites that will just need some polish to become one of the stars of the NBA.
But, the trade aint that bad. Ingram can be one of the best player also which moves like Durant and with almost the same body figure which will be difficult to defend once he masters his perimeter shots.

Durant will be a keep if he will be offered for max contract. Maybe in two years he will be healed. (2 years to include mental healing)
