yeah actually my kyc got rejected I would like to highlight few thing About kyc procedure which i got from one of the admin .the photo should be latest one in high quality and hand written note Bcnex with date then it should be submitted.
yeah, you'e right, everything must be clear so that the KYC process can run well and you can immediately get notification in email that your KYC has been received, but if you are rejected when you submit, then you have to use another email because previous email will definitely rejected permanently.
Is that so strict? Using different emails for the same purpose is like filling spots. More spammers will come in.
