It's a rotator where my faucet members can add banners or text link.
My system is so far UNIQUE.
Banners or text link is middle top page of several pages.

So far "zero" time ...but from now on it will be shwed with exactly the same rules than other banners.
Next banner is shown when a valide claim is made on my faucet...etc...etc...
