The incorporation give to the platform a proper organizational structure, heading to all big changes that will be announced very soon!

This registering doesn't really help at all. I've seen lot's of scams that have this same certificate, for more info:

Probably you are confusing things because this could be true for a scam project.
Kalkulus is a projetc that is up and running from November 2017 and passed through an exploit, the longer bear market ever and is still developing hard.
The incorporation as registerd company only increases the credibility around the business and entrepreneurs who own the company and enforce how much the project is going in the right direction.
We suggest to DYOR on Kalkulus and TheHub as projects first
