The mainnet launch is fair and transparent. No premine, ICO, or airdrop was done. Arrow is a block one public fork.
that's great, nice to see project announced in advance and with no premine. The only concern how are you going to fund any exchange listing.
Another concern is a team. Are you solo developer or do you have a team of supporters? Single person, even a good one, may simply have not enough time to handle everything
The exchange listing fee is easy, don't need a premine because don't need to pay listing fees.
