Ok, I have done it. Believe me or not but I just purchased card details of deep web.
I managed to get account number, expiry date, account owner, etc.
The card is VALID and I could check by making a $1.00 water charity donation using a VPN on a public machine in an internet location.
From the company issuing the card, it allows up to 5000 GBP in overdraft.

Apparently if you steal the money, it's not the customer (the victim) to pay for it, but it's banks forcing those costs on merchants/vendors (LOL)
If you provide a solution to withdraw the 5000 GBP to a dollar or bitcoin account, I will share with you $500. Important: I must remain anonymous.
If I simply go on an exchange and use my KYC details, then they can track me down.

Provide solutions, not more problems. Saying "use someone else's KYC" is not a solution if you don't provide someone else's KYC. What makes you
think I didn't think about it?
