Sometimes, I just like coins with such behavioural pattern, because I believe that any little news, no matter how little it is, if it is useful, it will cause a huge and useful change in its price. The same happened to waves sometimes ago and it was positive.
We might also see the same trend with NEO.
Hope it's right. NEO prices fall very deep and have not recovered against the dollar or bitcoin in 2019. But this happens not only in the NEO and I think NEO can recover again in the future. Hopefully the patience of NEO holders can be paid off
