yes they have already achieved it, is the current project of the muzicore completed their IEO, and how have the results been obtained?

They haven't started the IEO yet the schedule is mentioned above:

    Start: July 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM CEST
    End: July 11, 2019 at 23:59 PM CEST

The nice things about doing IEO is that trading will always starts as early as possible. Unlike those projects doing ICO where they have to find and make negotiations to an exchange to get their tokens listed.
