I come here to report what happened to me : i registered on beaxy in march 2018 and always been able to log in since. Today i wanted to log in again but my credentials were rejected. When trying to reset password, i never received mail ...
So i joined support, and answer they gave me is : 'we don't see any account linked to address you gave'.
To me it's NOT ACCEPTABLE, be carefull dudes, it's a red flag.
I have joined beaxy since 2018 too, i have participated in airdrop and passed KYC, a few days ago i received and email to change my password from the team, and i followed the instruction, i still can login until now. Maybe you forgot your email.
