of course it is possible. but i dont think the possibility is high. because there is no so much demand to ethereum nowadays. because ieos are more popular then icos that uses ethereum blockchain.
So much competition in this industry, I also think IEO is very popular right now so that will boost ICO success but I will be ready and patient to wait for will happen in the next few month.
