Yeah but maybe in Op's case, he will ask for proper documents and then create a signed contract? Quite hard to verify that, and personally, I'd be reluctant to give any ID to a online forum user... 
Most of the loan requests we get here are open for document verification. They don't mind compromising their original documents for a few dollars. The catch, most of the time these documents will be fake. OP: Your username says "Accounts for sale" - I know where this lending thread is going.
