On Jun 17th, 2019, Apollon Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “we”) noticed that the Cryptocurrency Exchange “cryptotradeengine”(www.cryptotradeengine.com) is trading a cryptocurrency with identical logo and name of APO.

For the sake of Apollon Community, we hereby clarify that there is no cooperation between Apollon and cryptotradeengine，nor does the APO trading on cryptotradeengine have any association with the APO issued by Apollon Foundation. What’s more, we consider these to constitute a serious infringement of Apollon’s intellectual property rights and reserve the right to take legal action.
